We charge 99GBP  to cover our administration and portal sites which include , Rightmove, Place in the sun,  Turkish Properties Abroad, Turkish Property For Sale , Lead Galaxy ,The Move Channel , List Globally .

If we are successful in a sale then we ask a 3% commission fee  

We would require a scanned copy of your Tapu (title deed)

Good quality photos  (which we can take photos if you do not have )

Minimum description , is the property for sale fully furnished ? How many bedrooms ? How many bathrooms , living size ? If on development how many in total ? maintance fees ? ect

Contact name and details of keyholder here in Turkey

Your asking price (which must be the same as advertised with any other estate agent )

We would write-up the advertisement and ask your approval before going live on any Property site to make sure all information was correct and you are happy for us to go ahead .

Kindly note if you do not wish to see your Property being advertised on such a wide scale we are pleased to advertise ONLY on our main website WITHOUT the administration FEE. You will need to provide us with the photos and fuller description .
